How we help
Most companies don't need more execution. They need clearer thinking before execution. Whether you're evaluating a technology stack, planning a digital transformation, or trying to understand why your current approach isn't working, we've likely seen it before.

FAQ
Questions, answered
How is consulting different from just hiring an agency?
Consulting is about strategy and decisions — what to build, how to prioritise, which technology to use, how to structure your team. Agency work is about execution. We often do both, but consulting is valuable on its own when you need clarity before committing to a direction.
What does a typical engagement look like?
Most consulting engagements start with a 2-week discovery phase (interviews, audit, research), followed by a strategy session with key stakeholders, and culminate in a written report and roadmap. Some clients then engage us on a monthly retainer for ongoing advisory.
Can you act as a fractional CTO or CDO?
Yes — we offer fractional CTO and CDO services for companies that need senior technical or digital leadership without a full-time hire. This typically involves weekly advisory calls, attending key meetings, and being available for input on technology and product decisions.
Do you implement the recommendations yourself?
We can. Many clients engage us for consulting and then commission us to execute specific recommendations — branding, web development, product design, or software engineering. Others take the recommendations to their internal team or other suppliers.
How do you charge for consulting?
Consulting is typically scoped as a fixed-fee project with a clear deliverable (report, roadmap, workshop). Ongoing advisory retainers are priced monthly. We don't bill by the hour — you're paying for our thinking, not our time.
